All products at Stay Waggy! are made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted specifically for you. Please allow 48-72 hours for order processing before your item is shipped. This timeframe is required for us to create and prepare your personalized product.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, typical shipping takes between 4 to 8 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that this is the time it takes for your order to be delivered after it has been dispatched from our facility. Shipping times may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. You will be able to choose the most convenient and cost-effective shipping option during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Delays

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and International Orders
At this time, we only ship to valid U.S. addresses, including P.O. boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S., please check back in the future, as we may expand our shipping options.

Please double-check your shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of items due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. 8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or postal service. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they have been delivered.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Please note that due to the made to order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for changed minds. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to resolve the issue.
